Guarantee

In accordance with the provisions of the Law 23/2003 of warranty in the sale of consumer goods, PlaquesPlants.com guarantees all products covered by this contract, and generally within 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods, to any manufacturing defect or nonconformity with the characteristics specified therein. It recognizes the customer the right both to free repair of the product under contract as a free replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, if applicable.
To enforce the guarantee, the customer should contact PlaquesPlants via email to the address consultas@plaquesplants.com

Under no circumstances PlaquesPlants.com accept liability for defects or breakage due to normal wear ot the products.

Returns

Any product purchased in PlaquesPlants.com can be returned for a period of seven days, counting from the day the customer receives, prior to communicating consultas@plaquesplants.com, which will inform you of the procedure to follow.

Returns are only accepted in their original packaging and in perfect condition, retaining the original features of the product without any alteration (engraved, damaged, etc..).

There will be no changes or refunds on personalized items, products made on the express request of the customer and in the case of products that for sale require some modification.

The return shipping costs borne by the customer. No returns will be accepted postage due or COD. Once revised by plaquesplants, we will return the total amount.. In no circumstances the shipping costs is returned.
